Common questions

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 16:00 Almaty time on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed in the evening, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. Once your order is handed to the carrier, you'll receive a tracking number by email and SMS. You can follow your parcel through the official CDEK or inDrive tracking systems.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

The courier will contact you before delivery to arrange a convenient time. For CDEK, you can also redirect your parcel to a nearby pickup point. Parcels are held for 7 days at pickup before being returned to sender.

Is the packaging discreet?

All orders ship in plain unbranded packaging with no product names or imagery on the outside. Only your shipping label and POUCHES.KZ as the sender are visible.

Do you deliver outside CIS?

International shipping outside the CIS is currently available on request only. Contact our team with your country and quantity — we'll quote a carrier and timeframe individually.
