1. General provisions

These Terms govern the use of the pouches.kz website. The site sells functional caffeine pouches that contain no nicotine. Sales are made only to persons aged 21 and over. By using the site you confirm your agreement with these Terms.

2. Registration and verification

To place an order you must create an account and complete age verification by uploading a photo of a document confirming that you are at least 21 years old. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Orders and payment

Product prices are listed on the site in tenge. By placing an order you make an offer to buy, which is considered accepted once the order is confirmed. Payment is made on delivery.

4. Delivery

Delivery is carried out via the CDEK service and the inDrive service across Kazakhstan and the CIS countries. Delivery times and cost depend on the region and are shown at checkout.

5. Returns and exchange

Goods of proper quality may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt provided the product appearance and original packaging are preserved. Detailed conditions are described in the Return Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

The store is not liable for misuse of the product or for the consequences of the customer providing inaccurate data. The products contain caffeine and are not intended for persons with contraindications to its consumption.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the site. By continuing to use the site you accept the current version.
